Spotless and bright room, very very good stay!
Fairly clean hotel with brilliant and awesome location in Porthleven very close to the harbour as well as the pub. Nice bedroom with a fairly clean bathroom. Attentive and caring staff throughout. Late check-out.

Be sure to book a table for Sunday lunch well in advance to avoid disappointment, as the staff can get busy.

The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning! Plus, the breakfast spread had deliciously fresh croissants. Just a little noise from the bar at night. Otherwise, a lovely getaway! 😊

Fine views and awesome breakfast!
I recently enjoyed a night in a beautifully decorated room with a picturesque view of the harbour. The breakfast was a highlight, with a full English and a variety of options to start the day right. The thoughtful touch of providing dry robes for use was appreciated. Noise from the bar could be disruptive at times.

Fine hotel with a lovely location, really well decorated room and a picturesque view across the harbour. A great touch supplying dry robes, which we used! Breakfast was decent with a wide variety.
the noise from the bar downstairs was a bit much and we could hear the person in the next room snoring, not fun at all.

The check-in was smooth, and we were kinda surprised by how much the kids loved the lively atmosphere on quiz nights with great food to share.
My kids wished for more activities available during the day. A play area would be great.

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Porthleven with good value. The staff was friendly. Consider arriving early for a table to avoid the evening rush.

I spent one night at the Harbour Inn and found the location fine, right by the water. The harbour view room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. The added touches, like fresh milk and complimentary beers in the fridge. The room was warm and cute, but it was a bit stuffy at night due to the heat. A fan helped, but it could have been cooler. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, but I wish it started earlier since I needed to leave before the 7:30 AM start time. A little noise from the bar below made it tough to sleep, especially when the doors slammed early in the morning. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The charm of the place and the friendly atmosphere made it enjoyable, even with some minor drawbacks.
